Starting Wednesday, September 29th we will have BRAND NEW open hours at our condo communities!

Heritage Pointe- Open Thursdays 11AM-5PM

Heritage Blackberry- Open Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays, 11AM-5PM

Heritage Green- Open Tuesdays, 11AM-5PM

Heritage Crossing- Open Wednesdays 11AM-5PM

Great turn out for the Greco Band in Sugarcreek!

Weaver Heritage Communities sponsored the Dominic Greco Band concert in Sugarcreek on Friday evening, July 24th.  Despite the heat, over 300 people attended the free concert at the pavilion in downtown Sugarcreek.  The concert was the Greco Band's seventh appearance in Sugarcreek.  Additional information on the band can be found at http://www.dominicgrecoband.org
