We looked for new ways to expand your one-floor living space. The sunroom option replaces the front patio, giving you more livable space on the main floor. This option adds four large windows so you can enjoy the sunshine and view the outdoors. In most plans, the sunroom has nine-foot ceilings and becomes an open extension of the great room.
